Aspire Autos × TC Autos 2 · The Alliance

50/50 from the first car.
Cars selling this week.

No waiting on company setups, brother. Your company stays yours, mine stays mine — and we split the profit on every single car down the middle from day one. The company we own together? That's your own clause: we form it the moment the scoreboard says we've earned it.

Confidential · Subject to contract · July 2026

Everything you wanted — live in days, not weeks

Straight from your proposal and our yarn at the warehouse.

50/50 on every car · YES
Not commission. Half the net margin on every unit — front end AND backend — paid within 5 days of settlement.
You run the sales engine · YES
Your team, your closers, your pricing to the floor, your backend stack. Untouched.
Start now · YES
No new company needed to begin. One page signed, six registered cars lined up at Emu Plains, your boys selling.
Both companies untouched · YES
TC Autos 2 stays yours. Aspire stays mine. No shared entity, no tangles, easy in, easy out.
The stock problem solved · YES
"It ain't the sales, it's the stock" — my capital and my buying channels feed your machine. That's my whole job.
One company eventually · YES
Your clause 2.3, with a date on it: hit the 90-day scoreboard and we register Cornerstone, 50/50, for everything after.

Two arms. One rule.

The rule: custody follows capital. Whoever's money is in the car holds the money on that car. It reads the same with our names swapped — that's what makes it clean.

Arm A — the engine

Your team sells my stock

  • Aspire funds and owns the cars — title stays with Aspire until sold
  • Sold under Aspire's licence at Aspire sites — your boys as authorised sellers
  • Settlement lands with Aspire (my capital, my custody)
  • Net margin per car — front + backend — split 50/50
  • Your half paid within 5 business days. An obligation, not a maybe
  • Every car on a deal sheet you can see, live

Arm B — your churn game

I wholesale to you

  • Aspire sells you units at an agreed wholesale price
  • Cleared funds first, then the car — title passes on payment
  • You retail under your licence at Arncliffe, your rules
  • Your margin is 100% yours — your capital, your custody
  • Your $5–30k churn engine, finally fed with stock at scale
The mirror test: in Arm A my money's in the cars, so I hold it. In Arm B your money's in the cars, so you hold it. Same rule, both directions — between brothers, that's the only rule that lasts.

How every dollar flows — Arm A

1
I buy the stock
Auctions, wholesalers, my capital, my float. Your seven wholesaler contacts point us at the right units — I pull the trigger.
2
Every car on a deal sheet
Cost-in, recon, floor price, listed price — you see every number before your boys touch it. Nothing hidden, no questions needed.
3
Your team closes — front and backend
Your closers, your after-hours edge, your two-hitter combo: warranties, finance, insurance, delivery, aftermarket. Backend income goes on the deal sheet too.
4
Cost off the top, then straight down the middle
$20k car sells for $26k plus $1,500 backend: the $20k and costs come back first, the rest splits 50/50. Nobody ever goes backwards on a profitable car.
5
You're paid in 5 days
Cleared settlement → your half hits your account within five business days. Every car. In writing.

Three rules. Both directions.

🧾
Every sale clean
Dealer sale, statutory warranty, real inspections, deposits by the book. Every car, every time — it's what keeps Fair Trading boring.
👁
Every number visible
Deal sheets and weekly numbers, both of us, always. You see my costs; I see your sales. No blind spots either way.
Everyone paid fast
Your split in 5 days on Arm A. My funds before release on Arm B. Money never waits on trust — the paper does the trusting.

90 days to Cornerstone

The company we talked about at the warehouse — one company, one bank account — is the destination. Here's the road with dates on it.

This week
Sign the one-pager, cars lined up
Heads of terms signed, six registered cars consolidated at Emu Plains, deal sheets raised, your boys briefed. Selling within days.
Days 1–90
Run the engine, run the scoreboard
Units sold, margin per car, backend attach rate, days-in-stock, clean-sales record, 5-day payments — all on one shared board.
The gate
Hit the targets we set at the feed
Agreed unit count sold · clean sales protocol kept · payments on time both ways · both of us happy with the numbers.
Day 90+
Cornerstone Motor Group — 50/50, papered, funded
Your clause 2.3, honoured with proof behind it. New company, both directors, joint account, all new stock through it — built on a real P&L, not promises.

One page now. The big one when we've earned it.

Sales Alliance — Heads of Terms: two arms, the 50/50 per car, the clean-sales protocol, the 90-day gate — one page, plain talk, lawyer-checked before we sign. The Cornerstone agreement (Round 3 draft) sits ready for day 90. Have Vicky read both — every clause cuts the same way for both of us.

Let's get it going, brother.

You bring the closers, I bring the stock. 50/50 on every car from the first one, paid in five days, and the company we both want sitting 90 days away with a scoreboard to earn it. Mustard. Pick a day this week.

I'm in — let's meet
